Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to the selected carrier for delivery.

Please note: During high-volume periods such as sales or holidays, processing times may be extended by 2-4 additional business days.

We currently ship to:

  • United States (All 50 states + Washington D.C.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please include your order number and any relevant details (photos if applicable).

  • We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping Responsibility
