Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, contact us at info@buckingchutes.com within 14 days of your order date:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • A flat $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and the return label.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days after we receive your return to process.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the issue with your message.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items like The Trail Collab Products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Wrong Size Orders

If you ordered the wrong size, we offer an exchange for the correct size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs to send the item back.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs to receive the replacement size.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit for the value of the item. Refunds to original payment method will only be issued if store credit isn't a workable option for the customer.
  • Sizing exchanges must be requested within the same 14-day window as our general return policy.

 

Exchanges

We do not allow direct exchanges for any reason other than wrong sizes.

 

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
